Each function is integrated with all others. Files update automatically and immediately. There is no need to import or export data between PRO:MAN modules.
Access to PRO:MAN is controlled through a security matrix, which matches departments and users to forms and queries. Menus are created from the matrix and are easily regenerated as responsibilities change.
