PRO:Query, PRO:MAN V’s visual report generator, allows you to construct queries to the data base then: view or print the data; load it into Excel; create an HTML document; or copy it to the windows clipboard. System level controls provide access by users to both files and fields.
You can the save these queries as PRO:Query Sentences (.PQS files) for later re-execution by the user. They may be opened from within PRO:Query or by double clicking on their file names, either in Windows Explorer or from an icon on your menu, in a folder or on your desktop.
